Coach Mike & I have created this special program to help athletes achieve better speed, agility & quickness. Here is some information to help you determine if this course is right for you:

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This is for any athlete that dreams of jumping higher and running faster!

YOU WILL BE TESTED!
Coach Mike and I have looked at dozens of tests for athletic ability and narrowed it down to 6. You will be tested the first day and retested after 15 sessions to see your improvements.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN THE DAY-TO-DAY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS YOU GUYS TEACH?
It is very important to Mike and me that we offer you a great training experience that will benefit you and be different than the group strength and conditioning sessions.
We will be teaching you very specific warm-ups and drills for “JUMPING” and “FIRST STEP ACCELERATION”.

HAVE YOU HIT A VERTICAL AND SPEED PLATEAU?
We all know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result, so if you have not hit a personal goal on the vertical jump or your 40 yard dash time, IT IS DEFIANTLY TIME FOR A CHANGE!

The training will be broken down into 2 training days per week: Day 1 will be Jump Training and Agility Training, Day 2 will be Change of Direction and First Step Acceleration.

Each workout will last 2-4 weeks and then we will move on to another training cycle.

As you can see, we have put a lot of time into planning this program to maximize your training time.

Space is limited to the first 8 who register! It will be $300 for this 8 week program (15 sessions) running from October 1st through November 29th on Mondays from 7:45pm-8:45pm & Thursdays from 8:15pm-9:15pm.
