Group fitness classes with friends is a great way to push yourself to workout harder than you ever thought possible. Studies suggest that people working out in social groups get better results and stick with training programs longer. Our group fitness training focuses on coaching our clients to be the best that they can be by utilizing various methods of training, including Functional Movement Systems (FMS), BioSignature Modulation and more. Class times are varied throughout the week, making it convenient to be able to get 3-4 training sessions in per week in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn gym. Class Sizes Are Limited. No Exceptions.
